We want you to feel confident shopping at Scorpion Technologies. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item is defective
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned unless damaged:
- Used or opened accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Consumables
3. How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Photos or video of the issue
- Explanation of the problem
We review the request and respond with instructions.
4. Inspection & Approval
After we receive the returned item, we inspect it. If the return is acceptable, we issue a refund or replacement.
5. Refund Timelines
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
6. Replacement Policy
If the item is available in stock, we offer replacement. If not, we process a refund instead.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is our fault, we cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Order Cancellations
If you request cancellation before dispatch, we will try to cancel it. Once shipped, the order follows the standard return procedure.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, contact us immediately with evidence. We’ll help resolve the issue quickly.
